| Personal use | Do not steal, trace, sell, Feed/enhance with AI or claim my work as your own, otherwise you can use the image you'll receive as you will (Profile picture, gift, printing with non profit intent, etc). |
| Commercial use | For commercial use an extra price will be charged depending on what you're using my work for, that will give you the right to distribute, commercialize and make profit with it, although I still need to be properly credited. |
| Payments and refunds | In order to be added to the wait list you'll need to do a payment in advance of 50%, in this stage you can still back off and ask for a refund with a 10% fee of the TOTAL PRICE, once I started to work in you request you'll be notified and no refunds can be made after that. I only take payments via paypal invoice. |
| Changes and workflow | You're allowed to ask a maximum of 3 small changes during the sketch stage, and two color corrections during base color, once I start with shading no changes can be done so please be able to ask my questions to avoid mistakes, You can ask for progress at anytime (with a reasonable frequency of course). |
| My rights of use | I'm allowed to use your commission to promotion my work and make profit with it (prints, stickers etc) unless stipulated at the beginning. |
